Refunds may be full or partial depending on the cancellation time.

3. Administrative Fees

Processing charges may be deducted from refunds.

4. Non‑Refundable Bookings

Discounted or promotional bookings may be non-refundable.

5. Extenuating Circumstances

Exceptions may apply for emergencies or unforeseen events.

6. Refund Rules

  • Full refund (excluding processing charge) if cancelled within the first hour
  • 70% refund for the next 30 minutes
  • No refund after that
  • Refunds credited to wallet or original payment source
